From start to finish, her professionalism, expertise, and dedication were evident in every step of the process. She was very knowledgeable about the market, but more importantly, she provided guidance on preparing and staging my home for sale. Her communication with me was always timely and clear, and she kept me informed at every step of the process, so I never felt out of the loop. I truly appreciated how she went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, even being at the home when I was unavailable. Nancy Helped Us Find Our Dream Home!

We Wouldn’t Change a Thing
Nancy was instrumental as the agent we employed for the sale of our home. Not only had we moved out of state as it went on the market, the sale also took place amid the throes of the Covid 19 virus. No open houses were allowed and many other rules and regulations were in place which made showings difficult. To add to the mix there was another issue with an outside provider that caused frustrating delays. Throughout it all she remained calm, knowledgeable and in charge. Her communication skills were just plain awesome! If we had it to do all over again we wouldn’t change a thing. She is genuine & professional and great to work with!

Her Knowledge of the Industry is Excellent!
We have used Nancy’s professional service on our last three real estate transactions. Nancy brings so much with her…more than the average realtor. She helped me stage both homes, which she’s so very talented at, and made suggestions on what to do and not do. Her knowledge of the industry is excellent! Her enthusiasm for her job goes beyond. Nancy has excellent negotiation skills which we’ve needed several times and she got us what we wanted. Nancy never gives up! On our last purchase we had a huge “wish list” and she happily accommodated. We’re very picky buyers and after showing us 43 properties we found the one; she listened to what we wanted and we ended up buying in an area we never thought about and are beyond happy!! Nancy Is The Very Definition of Professionalism
Nancy is the very definition of professional and compassionate. She handled the sale of my parent’s estate with unbelievable knowledge and tenacity. Being an estate handled by trustees, there were some hurdles to jump over. Nancy walked us thru it all and handled way more than I ever thought a realtor would. She even rolled up her sleeves and helped with repairs due to us being out of state (see pic of her trimming our bushes – who does that?!)! The community knows her integrity and is right to trust her with often the largest purchase of their life. My parents left in their will that Nancy be the one to handle the house. So glad they did. I’m only sad that we live out of state and can’t use her for future home sales in our area. Thank you Nancy for your hard work on our behalf. Will always be appreciative of you.
